Open Opal Lock
Launch the Opal Lock desktop application on your computer. -
Access the Main Menu
Click the menu icon (☰) located at the top-left corner of the application window. -
Go to Report Issues
From the menu, select Report Issues to expand the available options. -
Select “Send Us Diagnostic Data”
Click Send Us Diagnostic Data from the dropdown menu. -
Fill in the Required Information
A form will appear prompting you to provide relevant details such as:- Your email address
- A description of the issue you are facing

Submit Diagnostic Data
After completing the form, click the Send Us Diagnostic Data button.
The diagnostic report will be securely sent to our support team for analysis.

Sending diagnostic data allows our technical team to:
